Calories have nothing to do with it anymore. It is all about sugars in food an it producing insulin assault..that stores fat.

WRONG. Exercise does NOT speed up the metabolism after it’s done. There is NO AFTERBURN.
Recent peer reviewed literature supports this
Look up Dr. Melanson.

eat 8 times a day
with a 2 hour interval in between meals
it keeps your metabolism burning all day long
the meals must be small
eat fibers and carbohydrates in the morning, and dont eat carbo hydrates in the evening
your body will store those carbo hydrates as fat

Nutrition is extremely important.
In a nutshell:
wake up do a brisk 30 minute walk
eat oatmeal & 6egg whites for breakfast
eat 6 small clean portions of food (mostly chicken breast and broccoli)
drink 2 protein shakes, morning and late noon
do weight training in the evening. don’t do cardio in same session.

I have to disagree with the fewer calories part. I agree with #1, but not overdone. #2 is completely true, since you burn 35-50 calories per day per pound of muscle, but working out less than 3 times a week is better, imo. #3 is good. So is #4 and 5.
The key to fat loss is building muscle. Intense cardio for long periods of time releases cortisol, a hormone released by stress, which eats muscle tissue and preserves fat. So stop the cardio.

Nice job!
love the quick snap shot:
1). move more
2). eat less
actually…eating 6 times per day, but fewer overall calories will supercharge metabolism

You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be really something which I think I would never understand. It seems too complicated and very broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post.
